2011 Tax Bills mailed October 31, 2011
Each month reflects the amount due for the month you are paying in. Discounts are calculated in the amounts given.
- November: 4%
- December: 3%
- January: 2%
- February: 1%
- March: No discount
- April: 3% penalty
- May: taxes are ADVERTISED

2011/12 Special Assessments have been mailed.
EMS: $108.00/ SW:$42.00 per unit.
Special Assessments are due March 31, 2012. There are no discounts given for early payment. A 1.5% Penalty is added for each month after due date.
For all exemptions or vacancies, please contact this office BEFORE January 31, 2012. (office: 386-294-1961)

• If you would like to pay 2012 Taxes by Installment please contact this office before May 1, 2012.

• We accept Credit/Debit Cards. A charge of 3.5% is added per transaction. This fee goes to the CC processor.

• NOTE: Your Billing Address is very important to us, please contact this office if you have moved or have changed your address.

• PROPERTY OWNERS SHOULD BE AWARE THAT PROPERTY TAXES ARE DUE ANNUALLY.
